Ravi Sandhu is Executive Director of the Institute for Cyber Security
at the University of Texas, San Antonio and an Endowed Professor of
Cyber Security.  He is a Fellow of ACM, IEEE, and AAAS, and has awards
from IEEE, ACM, NSA and NIST.  A prolific author, his 180+ technical
papers have 10,000+ Google Scholar citations.  He is Editor-in-Chief
of IEEE TDSC and founding General Chair of ACM CODASPY.  Previsouly he
was founding Editor-in-Chief of ACM TISSEC and Chairman of ACM SIGSAC.
He has consulted for numerous organizations and is an inventor on 17
